Victor Nogueira -
Started his professional career as a goalkeeper for Rangers F.C. in South Africa, when he was 15 years old. The last ten games of the season switched to forward and scored ten goals!

Playing Experience: Victor played on three teams from age 11-15; his brother's U17 team as a keeper, in his age group as a forward and for his school team as a forward.

"I remember playing three games in one day:- first in a final for my High School, the curtain raiser to the first team, and then having to play for the first team because the keeper got injured in warm up!"

Nogueira was the youngest starting goalkeeper in the N.A.S.L. in 1978 (17). All Star 1982 with the Chicago Sting. Won the N.A.S.L. Championship in 1984
Scored a goal indoor by dribbling the length of the field and miskicking it into the corner in front of 21,000 fans. In one season received League M.V.P., All Star M.V.P. and playoff M.V.P. honors.

Coaching Experience: Nogueira started coaching club soccer in 1991 and holds a USSF 'A' Coaching license. Director of a soccer club for 7 years. O.D.P. coach for 12 years. Started directing camps in 1991. Directed the largest soccer camp in the country with 4000 kids. Professional assistant coach 1991-2004. Three Championships. N.A.I.A. coach for 3 years- won the conference in the second year. Goalkeeper coach with the Chicago Fire (Campos and Zack Thorton). Now coaching two teams.....Boys U8 and girls U8!

Accomplishments: 8 Championship rings, 1 outdoor ( Chicago Sting), 7 indoor (4 in San Diego and 3 in Milwaukee), 10-All league selections, 1 All World selection by F.I.F.A., 4 League M.V.P. awards, 2 Play-off M.V.P. awards (which are the ones that really count!), 1 All Star M.V.P.

Personal Soccer Highlights: Johann Cruyff scored on me in my first season with the Atlanta Chiefs. So did Rodney Marsh, Gerd Muller, Cabanas and a slew of great players of that time that you probably have never heard of. Played against the great Bobby Moore in South Africa.

Brian Quinn -
Born in Belfast, Ireland, Quinn has many years of both playing and coaching at the highest level.

Playing Experience: A distinguished 15 year professional career. 1978-79 Larne (Irish League), 1979-81 Everton (English Premier League), 1981 Los Angeles Aztecs (NASL), 1982-83 Montreal Manic, Canada (NASL), 1983-91 San Diego Sockers (NASL, MISL) 1987 Hamilton Steelers (CSL). Recorded 48 Caps with the United States Men's National Team from 1991-94.

Coaching Experience: Quinn holds a USSF 'A' Coaching license. Coached the San Diego Sockers in the CISL 1995-96. 1997-99 coached the San Jose Earthquakes of the MLS. Back for a second term with the San Diego Sockers from 2000-04 in the MISL. Former Director of Coaching of Poway Youth Soccer Club (1991-94). Currently Director of Coaching RBYSA, Program Development Advisor AYSO Matrix and is a Technical Cordinator in adidas ESP.

Accomplishments: 8 time Champion with the San Diego Sockers, 8 time All-Star, 4th All Time scorer in Sockers history, 2nd All Time Playoff Scorer, 2 Time MVP in Playoff Championship Series (1986 & 1990), 1991 Gold Cup Winner - US National Team, 1992 US Cup Winner - US National Team, 1997 Youngest Coach in Major League Soccer History, Co-host of "Inside Soccer" Internet Radio Show.

Personal Soccer Highlights: Played against childhood soccer idol - George Best. Scored 2 goals in N.A.S.L. Playoffs against New York Cosmos. Captained US National Team vs. Ireland at Landsdowne Rd., Dublin, Ireland.
